Cyber Jay was awesome. We were flying into Boston from across the world, and Cyber Jay communicated with us in advance to set up the right time to meet us, and where. He was right on time, despite our flight being 2 hours late in the middle of the night (he knew about this due to his consistent update on our arrival time), and trustworthy, informative, and delightful.
